Please note that the Whitehorse CRA office can print a Notice of Assessments (NOA) as long as you know your SIN number and have a valid piece of government-issued photo ID.
Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada
Our office can speak with IRCC about applications that have already been submitted. If you are seeking a status update on your application, please ensure that it is passed the processing time listed on the IRCC website. We cannot request status updates from IRCC for applications that are still within the average processing time.
Please note that we are not an extension of IRCC and cannot make decisions on applications, nor can we accelerate them.

We may be able to help if you are having issues with any of the Service Canada programs:
- Canada Pension Plan (CPP) / Disability (CPPD)
- Old Age Security (OAS)
- Employment Insurance Benefits (EI)
- Passport Program
- You can check your passport status at canada.ca/passport-status
- We can assist with passport applications that have already been submitted to Service Canada.
- Please note that we do not take passport applications, we suggest bringing them to your local Service Canada office.
